Bid Calculators

The bid calculators available on this page are intended to provide the following information for prospective bidders:

  1. Calculations of all SPAs in a product category based on the bid for the lead item (a tool that’s also available on CBIC’s website).

  2. An approximation of how the SPAs compare to the current 2019 Medicare rates.

This is a preliminary tool to help prospective bidders understand how a bid for the lead item impacts the rest of the items (non-lead items) in the product category and how those SPAs would compare to current Medicare rates. This is not a customized calculator for your business and does not include considerations of your particular business operations. We recommend you consider your own business operations when using the calculators on this page.
