• On October 27, 2020, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced the single payment amounts and began offering contracts for the off-the-shelf (OTS) back braces and OTS knee braces product categories.

The bid calculators are preliminary tools to help prospective bidders understand how a bid for the lead item impacts the rest of the items (non-lead items) in the product category and how those SPAs would compare to current Medicare rates.
